QUARTERBACKS: It is strongly recommended that you get your primary receiver or receivers to the program. Quarterbacks who have attended our program in the past yield the greatest results when they have their receivers in attendance so that you can work on route timing and passing game rhythm.
PARENTS: PARENTS ARE INCLUDED IN EVERYTHING WE DO...We take pride in making our program as parent friendly as possible. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO ATTEND THE PROGRAM WITH ATHLETES. PARENTS CAN ATTEND ALL COMPONENTS TO THE PROGRAM: Classroom and Film Study and On-Field Teaching and Instruction.

ATHLETE REMINDERS FOR THE WEEKEND
- Athletes should report for check-in on Friday July 16 at 6:30pm . This will take place inside the auditorium at Shawnee High School. Registration will be followed by a film study session.
- On Saturday July 17 athletes will need to report at 8:30am. Practice will start at 9am and conclude at 5:00pm
- On Sunday July 18, athletes should report at 8:30am. Practice will conclude at 3:00pm.
- DSU provides athletes with dry fit shirt and lunch both days
- Quarterbacks should bring their own football to ensure that you have the chance to train with the ball you will be using this season. Please make certain your ball is marked.
- Athletes should bring with them signed waiver (below), cleats, WR gloves (WR only) athletic tape, notebook, writing utensil, bag, towel, running shoes, and sunscreen. In case of bad weather, please bring a change of clothes (Shorts, Shirt, & Socks).
- Family and Coaches are encouraged to shadow their son/athlete throughout the weekend in the film/classroom sessions.
- If not submitted already please provide game film via DVD format to a DSU staff member at the athlete check-in station - not mandatory
- No video cameras allowed. Still cameras are permitted
- All paid registrations are final - no refunds

QUARTERBACK INSTRUCTOR
Feature Instructor: Joe Dickinson (DSU Senior Instructor)
DSU resident expert Joe Dickinson leads the Steve Clarkson QB school having worked with several of DSU's most notable clients. Dickinson is the former offensive coordinator at Oklahoma University and was on staff in 1985 when the Sooners won the National Championship. Under Barry Switzer, Dickinson worked with future Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman.
Dickinson has worked on staff at several other Division 1 football programs, including Tulane, Marshall, and Tulsa. At Tulane, Dickinson recruited and helped develop two quarterbacks who would go on to become first round NFL draft picks: J.P. Losman and Patrick Ramsey.
Recently, Dickinson has been entrusted with some of DeBartolo Sports University's best clients. He's worked with Tampa Bay Buccaneer and first round NFL Draft Pick Josh Freeman, former Arizona State QB Rudy Carpenter, and a pair of future college stars, USC's Matt Barkley and Dayne Crist of Notre Dame. He currently trains 4 star Quarterback Recruits Daxx Garman, Cody Keith, and Conner Preston.
Mike Loyd: As a head football coach, Loyd has sent over 75 players onto the division 1 level, including the 2010 NFL 1st round draft choice Jermaine Gresham (University of Oklahoma). Coach Loyd played QB at Kansas and Tulsa. He played 6 years of professional football with the St. Louis Rams (NFL), Edmonton Eskimos (CFL), Saskatchewan Roughriders (CFL), and Oklahoma Outlaws (USFL). He has had success as a Coach at both the collegiate and high school levels. He is credited, as the Head Coach at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M, for amassing a 44-7 record, four national semi final appearance, three championship game appearances, and one National Title. As the Head Coach of Ardmore High School in Oklahoma, his teams had eight consecutive playoff berths and reached the state semi-finals three times, while achieving a 67-27 record.
RECEIVER INSTRUCTORS
Mickey Joseph :
Joseph is most well known for his time as the starting Quarterback for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Joseph was a master of the option offense while in Lincoln, earning first team All-Big Eight honors in 1990. Before heading to Nebraska, he was named USA Today's High School Offensive Player of the Year in 1987.
Joseph began his coaching career after playing with Nebraska, and has had great success at every level. Stints at Tulane University and Central Oklahoma University among other colleges eventually led him to Desire Street Academy in Louisiana as Head Coach and Athletic Director. Joseph would win 2007 Louisiana State Coach of the Year while with the Lions.
In that final season with the school, Joseph helped six of his student athletes earn division one scholarships, including LSU Wide Receiver Deangelo Peterson and Defensive Tackle Lavar Edwards. Last year Joseph was hired as the receivers coach for Langston University in Oklahoma.
STRENGTH TRAINER
Paulette Ngu Paulette is a Black Belt in Okinawan style Karate and has owned the Academy of Martial Arts for 7 years. She is also an expert in Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), specifically kickboxing and Muay Thai. Paulette brings an new element to DeBartolo Sports University's (DSU) complete QB training program.

INJURY WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE FORM
As a participant in the DeBartolo Sports University, I acknowledge that participation in the "Event" exposes me to a possible risk of personal injury. I, hereby release DeBartolo Sports University, LLC "Company" and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors and affiliates, from any and all liability from property damage, personal injuries or other claims arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event including claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or contingent.
I covenant that I will not now or at any time in the future, directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding against Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, subsidiaries, consultants, independent contractors and affiliates, arising out of or relating to the actions, causes of action, claims and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by me.
For good and adequate consideration, which I acknowledge I have received, I hereby grant, release, and quitclaim to Company the right and authority to use, sell, reproduce, and distribute, quoted material, biographical information, my photograph, likeness, contact information, recorded voice or videotaped filmed appearances (the "Materials") for promotional and advertising purposes or partner programs as Company in its sole discretion will deem appropriate. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Injury Waiver and General Release Form. This agreement will be binding on me, my spouse, my children, legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns.
