| Rich Rodriguez and his coaching staff put some of the final touches on their 2010 class while getting the 2011 class off to a strong start on Sunday and Monday. The Wolverines secured verbal commitments from class of 2010 Ohio linebackers Davion Rogers and Jake Ryan, while also adding the verbal pledge of class of 2011 Cass Tech cornerback Delonte Hollowell in the last two days.

Rogers is a 6-6, 210-pound prospect from Warren Harding High, the same school that previously sent Michigan standouts like Mario Manningham and Prescott Burgess. Rogers’ commitment came Sunday afternoon after taking his official visit to Michigan. He had made a commitment to West Virginia earlier in the process before switching his pledge to Michigan.
"I just committed, because that's where I want to be," Rogers said. “This is Michigan… it wasn't hard [switching commitment]. When you see everything there and it hits you at one time, it changes your whole perspective on recruiting."
